- Fixed price before work. You approve the number, then we pick up the tools. Never the other way round.
- Footage is yours. Before and after, every job — take it to a competitor for a second opinion if you like.
- No commission techs. Nobody's pay depends on upselling you an excavation you don't need.
- If it's Sydney Water's problem, we say so. Blockage on their side of the connection? We'll show you the footage and point you to their free fix.
